GENERAL SALES TERMS

PRICES AND ORDERS

• All prices are ex Nurseries Cavallaro
• Prices shown on the list do not include VAT. We will apply the current rate at the time of billing
• Orders must arrive at our company by fax or e-mail with stamp and signature of the apllicant, confirmed and submitted by us. We do not accept verbal orders

PACKAGING AND FORWARDING

• The plants will be packed on trucks, except individual customer needs
• The cost of forwarding is paid by the buyer
• Goods travel at buyer’s risk
• Complaints must be recorded on the unloading note and communicated within 3 days after delivery
• We will not accept complaints in cases where the plants undergo further transformations by the buyer

METHOD OF PAYMENT

• The payment, unless otherwise agreed with the customer, must be made at the time of discharge or collection of plants with no-transferable mark
• We do not accept rounding of the invoice amount
• We apply a discount of 3% on cash payments upon delivery or collection
• In case of disputes the competent court is that of Messina

• We also accept orders for small quantities
